The audiofic archive is a multi-fandom archive of audio recordings of fanfiction. All podfic files are archived with creator permission and are free to download.
Not sure where to start? Hit 'search' to the right (or below, if you're on mobile) to see the most recently updated podfics. There are filters to search for specific fandoms, relationships, readers, authors, durations, etc.
You can now register an account on the audiofic archive to upload and manage your own podfics - including any legacy podfics that were uploaded for you when the archive was managed by archivists. When you register an account we will authenticate that you own the fannish identity you say you do, and then provide you with access to all your podfics via the reader tag that's associated with your works. Having an account on the archive also lets you view podfics that are archive-locked.
Please be aware that the archive only recently started collecting additional metadata on the podfics we host - many older podfics on the archive contain untagged mature content or would have been marked with content warnings if those had been available at the time. Please follow the link to the text or podfic post for those works before you listen, to see ratings, warnings and story summaries.
We are still looking for the remaining ~650 podfics of the original 5029 that went missing when we suffered a server corruption incident in 2016. The spreadsheet that tracks our search for the remaining files can be found here. Please help if you can! And major kudos to everyone for helping out in our first round!!
